 Hi, I'm Julie Horne

I am an executive leadership coach with over 16 years of coaching experience after a successful business career. I am passionate about coaching senior managers and high potential leaders to accelerate their career and fulfilment in their work. I help my clients to transition between technical and leadership roles, develop their leadership skills, and find ways of making an impact with their leadership strengths to achieve their true potential in senior roles.

Following an early career as a successful senior executive and after co-founding, leading and later selling my own international research consultancy, my strong business background and coaching skills have helped clients in financial services, technology, law, consulting and other corporate sectors, as well as senior researchers in academia, and entrepreneurs. I also coach students on entrepreneurship programs, MBA and Executive MBA programs at London Business School, and Cambridge Judge Business School.

I received my coaching certification from The Neuroleadership Group and hold the highest level Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I'm accredited to use a variety of psychometric tools, and am an NLP practitioner.

I live near Cambridge with my husband Richard; our three children are grown up now so we have more time for travel adventures together and for me to compete my horse!
